Tamara Chapple is the CEO and co-founder of 1 More Chance LLC. She earned a full athletic scholarship to play basketball at the University of Cincinnati, where she competed for four years. It was during this time that Tamara developed a deep understanding of leadership, perseverance, and resilience in the face of adversity.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Tamara began her career as a probation officer in Marion County, Indiana, serving in both the Adult and Juvenile Divisions. She supervised various specialized caseloads throughout her tenure until leaving the department in 2016.

Tamara obtained her Master of Science in Management from Indiana Institute of Technology, College of Professional Studies, in 2014. She is currently enrolled at Martin University and is slated to graduate in May 2025 with a Master’s in Community Psychology on the licensing track for LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor).

As the CEO of 1 More Chance LLC, Tamara not only leads the organization but has also personally provided direct services to families involved in the Department of Child Services (DCS), Probation, and the Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) program. She remains dedicated to empowering families, fostering leadership, and developing impactful community-based programs.
