 Tamara Chapple is the co-founder of 1 More Chance LLC.  Tamara earned a full athletic scholarship to play basketball at the University of Cincinnati and she played four years with the University.  It was at the University of Cincinnati that Tamara learned the true mark of leadership, perseverance, and dealing with adversity. Upon completion of graduation, with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Tamara became a probation officer in Marion County, Indiana. She served in both the Adult and Juvenile Divisions supervising various specialized caseloads during her tenure until leaving the department in 2016. 
Tamara  has a love for community, leadership, and management. She has served as the Children’s Department Director at her  church.  Tamara was responsible for working with children ages 2 to 12 years old not only on their biblical education but putting together community service projects, recreational activities, and self-development programming.   
Tamara obtained her Master of Science in Management from Indiana Institute of Technology, College of Professional Studies in 2014. 
Tamara volunteered as a facilitator and community advocate for Center for Leadership Development (CLD).  Tamara facilitated classroom groups for youth as well as parents during her volunteer time with the agency following CLD’s Five Principles for Success – Character Development, Educational Excellence, Leadership Effectiveness, Community Service, and Career Achievement.
