 Since 2016, 1 More Chance has been built on the belief that people deserve opportunities to grow, overcome barriers, and move forward.


What began as a commitment to supporting individuals and families has grown into a broader mission—strengthening families, developing professionals, and helping organizations build the people and systems needed to serve communities well.

Tamara Chapple: Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

 

Tamara Chapple co-founded 1 More Chance in 2016 with a belief that people deserve opportunities to grow, overcome barriers, and move forward.


As CEO, Tamara leads the organization’s strategic direction, service development, professional training, organizational growth, and community impact. Her work also includes developing helping professionals and strengthening the systems that support effective service delivery

Christopher Chapple: Co-Founder & Director of Compliance

 

Christopher Chapple serves as Co-Founder and Director of Compliance for 1 More Chance, providing oversight of organizational standards, contractor accountability, documentation expectations, and compliance with agency and service requirements.


His role helps ensure that the organization’s growth remains grounded in professionalism, consistency, accountability, and quality service delivery.
