We’re Looking for Experienced Helping Professionals
1 More Chance is seeking dependable professionals with experience serving children, adults, and families involved with DCS, probation, or other community-based systems of care.
Strong candidates may come from backgrounds in human services, social work, education, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, counseling, case management, youth services, or other related fields that prepare professionals to work effectively with families in need.
We are especially interested in individuals who:
- Have experience working directly with children and families
- Understand the expectations of community-based and field-based services
- Are dependable, responsive, and able to manage their own schedule
- Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel to serve clients
- Understand the importance of timely, accurate, and professional documentation
- Are comfortable communicating with families, referral sources, and other professionals
- Can maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and accountability
- Are open to feedback, training, and continued professional development.
Independent Contractor Opportunities
Many direct-service opportunities with 1 More Chance are offered as 1099 independent contractor positions. Contractors are responsible for maintaining the qualifications, insurance, transportation, documentation, and other requirements associated with their assigned role.

Case Management
Professionals experienced in working with children and families involved with DCS, probation, or other community-based systems.
Supervised Visitation
Professionals able to provide structured, objective, and professionally documented visitation services while supporting child safety and healthy parent-child interaction.
